Mockingjay – SuzanneCollins

Original Title: Mockinjay

Once again Suzanne Collins has not let her readers down with the adventure that Katniss Everdeen has taken us on.

though this time she isn’t in the hunger games I bet at some point she wishes she was. As she goes to war against the capitol in order to fight for the people of the districts rights it is not safe at all.

As she leads the way known as the Mockinjay she is a major target by the council and every corner she turns is full of danger.

I was actually a little disappointed with the ending of this series but Collins still did well. There was just something missing and I can’t quite put my finger on it, but once again I congratulate her on her amazing work in writing The Hunger Games

Agreed. The ending wasn’t really up to scratch. I’m glad this didn’t spoil the rest of the book too much for you though.

My review: Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins

      Thank you for stopping by!
I’m with Alicia (who’s the writer of the review) that the ending wasn’t the best. I liked the foregoing books better. Read your review, really liked it, I’m sad to hear that the ending ruined the rest of the trilogy.

Haha, that’s cool. I feel worse for the people who really invested in the series and then got lumbered with the poor ending. At least I’ve always been on the fence and so didn’t have the same connection with the characters that it seems some readers did.
