How are you doing? Awesome, I hope. I hope we find a good time to Skype soon!
I am starting my last year of University tomorrow. It is a little sad that my summer is over but it also nice to get back into the everyday-life.
Did I tell you that I finally read the Lord of the Rings trilogy? I read the first book a couple of years ago but somehow some other books got in the way of starting the second one. Then too much time passed so I re-read the first before starting to the second. So, I have now read all three books. I like the books but there are so much information in them so it takes ages to read them! Have you read them? I have now seen the first two movies and will see the last one as well. Sometime. It is so long so I cannot just watch it whenever.
I remember liking The Hobbit as a child, I think I listened to the audiobook as well. I have heard mixed feelings about the Hobbit-films. I never saw them when they were in the theatres here – I thought they were too long, I want to be able to pause the film and take a break if they are too long. Have you watched them? Maybe I will watch them after I have seen the last Lord of the Rings movie?
I am trying on audiobooks. I am quite picky though so I have a hard time deciding what to listen to next. One of the first things I listened to was the entire Harry Potter series with Stephen Fry and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. Now I am in between audiobooks, I have yet to figure out what to listen to next.
I think I am going to end this post with a book recommendation; The City Baker’s Guide to Country Living by Louise Miller. My grandmother gave it to me for my birthday last year. It might be a little predictable but I found it cosy and quite feel-goody and there’s a lot of baking going on!
I wish you all good.
