This time Ellie and her friends find themselves in a difficult position. Do they wait longer or go ahead and risk themselves to find their new friends.

In the beggining of this book I thought John Marsden had destroyed the series by one major event that would have a major effect on the story line. Cleverly though John added it to the excitement of the novel.
