Weekly update #79 – Excited for upcoming readathon

As usual I can’t decide whether to write in English or Swedish so lets to an English weekly update this week.

I just finished reading Sorcery of Thorns by Margaret Rogerson a few minutes ago and am trying to decide what to read next. I have a few options (well, really mostly all of the books I have in my unread pile) but I’m leaning towards reading the final instalment of the Divergent trilogy by Veronica Roth. I listened to the two first books in the series as a recap in preparation for the last book and finished the second book just the day before yesterday. Maybe I’ll go with that one, ooor something else completely.

Becca has let us know that she’s doing another month-long round of Bookopoly in September. I thought it was fun last year so I’m planning to participate this year as well. I think there’ll be an announcement video on Thursday where the board we’ll be playing with will be shown. Is there anyone else that are planning on participating in the readathon?

My unofficial reading challenge, where I track my progress of reading my owned books, is making progress. I have recently been adding some books to my shelves that I haven’t read yet but I’m very proud that I’ve already read 30 (but 31 really, because I just finished another one) this far this year. It’s almost one a week. I normally read a lot of library books and not as many of my own books but the nearest library is still closed and these stats are also encouraging me to pick books from my own library.

What are you reading at the moment?
