Vampire Academy: Last Sacrifice is the last book in the series about Rose.

The earlier books in this series are called Vampire Academy, Vampire Academy: Frostbite, Vampire Academy: Shadow Kiss, Vampire Academy: Blood Promise and Vampire Academy: Spirit Bound.

I love this series! I think this book was a really good ending even though I didn’t want it to end here.
I can’t wait until the next book about this world gets released, I hope it’s going to be as good as these have been. I can only wait and see.

Andrew blir ensam när hans pappa oskyldigt blir häktad av polisen och tvingas att bo på ett barnhem. Väl där följer han musiken. Vem vet vad som händer om man följer musiken i sitt hjärta? Det här hade man kanske inte väntat sig…

Det här är en grymt bra bok! Jag fastnade för den redan på första sidan, bokstavligt talat. Jag kände skillnaden mellan den här boken och många andra böcker. Språket var fenomenalt, det skulle vara helt annorlunda om boken var översatt från något annat språk. Och storyn var ny för mig. Annars kan böcker gå i varandra med ungefär samma koncept på storyn, den här var helt ny för mig och det gillar jag stort.

I give this book 5 stars out of 5 possible.

Nästa bok i serien heter Crescendo, den har inte kommit ut på svenska än. Kan nog tänka mig att läsa den på engelska också.

Det finns ett sätt att bli en människa när man är en fallen ängel. Att döda rätt person. Men varför just Nora? Är det på grund av hennes släktskap?

Det här är en bok som är svår att berätta vad den handlar om, men helt glasklart när man läser den.

Jag har läst en del recensioner av Fallen ängel och många har jämfört den med Twilight. Jag tycker att den här boken har en helt annan karaktär än vad Twilight har. Det är en annorlunda men bra bok som definitivt är värd att läsa.

‘To Kill A Mocking Bird’ by Harper Lee was set in the time where racism is high against negroes and everyone looks down on them. In the town of Maycomb, Atticus, Scouts father is a lawyer and has been given the case to defend a black man, Tom Robinson acused of rape. Atticus acepts the case and defends him in court though everyone is calling him a ‘nigger lover’ and treating his family with disrespect.

Harper Lee has written this book very cleverly from Scout’s point of view. By writing from Scouts view Harper has shown that if you look at things from a 6 year olds point of view, what you think was right is actually wrong.

I give this book 4 stars out of 5 possible.

Lord Glenarvan hittar ett kryptiskt meddelande som får honom att ge sig iväg på en expedition för att leta rätt på kapten Grant som har varit försvunnen i flera år. Med honom följer kapten Grants två barn Robert och Mary, major Mac Nabbs och den tankspridde professorn Paganel.
Frågan är hur lätt det kommer att hitta kapten Grant när dokumenten de hittade blivit fuktskadade och kan därför inte läsa ut hans position helt säkert…

Jag tyckte om den här boken, jag har inte läst några böcker av Jules Verne förut men tänkte läsa igenom de vi hade hemma. Jag tycker att det är lite roligt att Jules Verne bland annat skriver ut en engelsmans perspektiv trots att han själv är fransman.

Helt klart värd att läsa.

Book two in the Vampire Diaries series. The first one is called The Awakening. The series is continued by The Fury, The Reunion, The Return: Nightfall and The Return: Shadow Souls.

I actually thought this book was a little bit better than the first one. I don’t think the next book I’m going to read is The Fury because the last 10 books I’ve read have been in English and about vampires. I’m going to read something completely different in Swedish without any vampires vampires. I think.

This is the first book in the Vampire Diaries series. Book two, three and four is called The Struggle, The Fury and Dark Reunion

I thought this book would be a little different. I can’t really explain how I thought it was going to be. But I like it anyway, it’s a good story.

Book number seven in the House of Night series. The earlier books in the series is Marked, Betrayed, Chosen, Untamed, Hunted and Tempted. The last book in the series is called Awakened and is coming out in January 2011.

I really like this series! I like the language, not to hard to unterstand and not to easy. I can’t wait until the last book is coming out.

Jinx

Jinx – Meg Cabot

I give this book 4.5 stars out of 5 possible.

Jinx has really bad luck. She’s visiting her cousin’s family to get away from the trouble she has at home. The problem is that Jinx cousin doesn’t seem to like Jinx so much. She also thinks that she’s a witch and is trying to use spells to get what she wants.

I’ve read this book once before. It was a few years ago and didn’t really remember what it was about so I decided to read it again. It’s a very nice book. I like Meg Cabot’s writing style, it’s not a very hard English and at the same time nice to read. I recommend Meg Cabot’s books.
