Cammie is not just any girl. She is in training to become a spy. She might be able to speak 14 languages, hack into a computer and know how to kill someone in a number of different ways but she has never been in love -and obviouslut this is what happens in this novel.
This is a novel with a lot of humour. And it is about spies. And on a boarding school. A good combination. I have always liked reading novels about spies and boarding schools. And who does not like humour?
I find the language quite easy-read. In a good way. Not all easy-read books are good. I mean it in the way that it is a nice language that is easy to understand for me as a non-English-native person.
I am trying to figure out what to say about who the novel is built up. This is the first novel in a series. Quite early in the book I got a feeling on how the series were going to be continued, but not in this book because that would be too early. What I am saying is that I got this feeling about how the series is going to turn out which made this book a bit predictable. Not in a bad way, though. I might be wrong about my feeling. The series might turn out completely different to what I think and I am looking forward to reading the rest of the series.
This is a novel that was just enough. It was not fabulous but not bad. It was a nice read that made me smile. A book I recommend.
